You can’t pay the bills with being clever
When you look at the big companies advertisements, what do you see?
Their ads are clever, funny or weird.
Now because you have seen the big company do it everyone thinks that is how you are supposed do marketing.
“If it didn’t work, why would they spend their money and keep on putting out ads like it.”
WRONG!
You can’t pay the bills by being clever, only money.
The reason they do this is because they have so much money they don’t know what to do with it.
Clever ads do nothing, you could have the most perfect, funniest, clever ad but if forget one crucial part, getting more money then that ad has failed.
It doesn’t matter now, they know your business name, YOU NEED MONEY.
So why would you do a clever ad if it doesn’t bring you money?
Instead, focus on getting the money in part of the ad that is the main priority everything else that doesn’t help with getting the money is secondary and not important.
